Adam Kintish and Donna Torre Appointed to RCSF Board

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y., Jan, 2010 – The appointments of Adam Kintish and Donna M. Torre, M.D. to the Richmond Community Services Foundation Board have been announced by Edward Spauster, Ph.D., president and CEO of the agency that provides round-the-clock support to children and adults with significant physical and intellectual disabilities.

Kintish, a resident of Yorktown, is vice president and regional sales manager for TD Bank. Dr. Torre, an Irvington resident who specializes in internal medicine, works for Executive Health Exams (EHE) where she manages stress testing in its New York and Connecticut offices.

“We are delighted with the additions of Adam and Donna to the board because they each bring expertise that will be invaluable to our Foundation in an environment marked by increased longevity of the people we support, under-funded cutting edge services and cutbacks in governmental financial assistance,” said Spauster.

He noted that Kintish has been exceedingly active in shaping TD Bank partnerships with non-profits to address critical societal issues, while Torre has worked as an attending physician and rehabilitative specialist at Northern Westchester’s Cardiac Rehabilitation unit prior to joining EHE in 2001. Additionally, Kintish promotes community involvement through volunteerism at TD Bank and Torre has been a co-guardian of one of the residents at Richmond’s Shevell House in Yonkers.

“This is an added one-two punch of community team-building and medical expertise that will generate many benefits for the individuals and families we support,” said Board Chair David Brenner. Brenner is also chairman of the Richmond Community Services Board of Directors.
