Direct Support Professionals (Direct Care)
Make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. We are looking for caring, compassionate people who will provide direct support and care to our residents and program participants. Direct Support Professionals are responsible for the personal care, hygiene, physical care and welfare of each individual, as well as to ensure a healthy environment for the individuals while compensation/benefits package, and opportunities for growth.

Registered Nurse - Per Diem
We have immediate openings for RNs to provide care to a group home in Mount Kisco with 6 individuals with special needs. Current NYS RN license required. 1-2 years experience preferred. Direct Support Supervisor
An experienced supervisor is needed to direct and train DSP staff at a group home Bronxville. Responsibilities include ensuring delivery of the Individual Program Plan, training, and monitoring the quality of care given to the individuals. HS Diploma/GED and valid driver’s license required. Associates degree & previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience with person-centered planning a plus!

Clinical Specialist
Richmond has an opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to develop goals, manage data collection, & implement training plans for people with MR/DD. BA/BS in Human Services or related discipline with 1+ years experience writing behavioral programs and working with the MR/DD population required. Valid drivers’ license required.

Communication Specialist
Richmond has an exciting opportunity to work in Development office. Responsibilities include creating public relations and markting materials, liaise with media contacts & solicit in-kind corpoprate contributions. The successful candidate will have a B.S. in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, PR or related field with a minimum of 2 years of marketing or related expererience in nonprofit industry preferred. The successful candidate will also be well organized and possess strong written & verbal communications skills. Knowledge of MS Office is required.

Day Program Supervisors
Supervisors are needed to direct, train and supervise direct support professionals (DSPs) who provide support in a very active adult day program for people with special needs & ensure delivery of quality services and programs. Previous DD & supervisory experience is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred but not required. High school diploma and NYS driver’s license required. Successful candidate must be computer literate including a knowledge of MS Word & Excel.

Recreation Specialist
The Recreation Specialist will develop and implement meaningful weekend recreational opportunities for people with Developmental Disabilities. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, administering a program budget and coordinating scheduling and logistics for recreational facilities.

Physical Therapist
We currently have an opening for licensed PT to provide a comprehensive program for people who live in our residential sites. MA Degree & PT license required. Previous DD experience preferred. Drivers' License is required.

Recreation Therapist
Richmond has an opportunity for the right professional to build a recreation program in our residential settings. We are seeking a full-time music, art, dance/ movement or general recreation therapist who will enhance the lives of people with severe Developmental Disabilities by improving their leisure time through therapeutic intervention. Must have BA in Recreation Therapy & valid drivers' license.

Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking a compassionate, excellence driven Nurse Practitioner needed to provide care to people with Developmental Disabilities. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, writing med orders, and conducting screening exams. Successful candidiate will have NYS RNNP license and at least 1 year working with DD population.
