He previously held positions as the Dean of the Ancell School of Business and the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Connecticut. He specializes in the health and not-for-profit industry. His education background includes a Ph.D. from New York University, an MBA from Pace University, as well as certificates from Harvard University and Cornell University.
