What is the Leadership Institute at Richmond Community Services?
This Mini Leadership Institute will be run by the same renowned faculty of national experts from the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities.
Participants will have the opportunity to come together to identify progressive supports for people with disabilities; to determine and set the direction for their organization and to build a network of peers.
The result will be the development of skilled leaders who are passionate about quality, have the leadership skills needed to run solid not-for-profit agencies, are capable of assembling top-notch teams of caring staff, and have a solid commitment to progressive values that assure lives of meaning and value for people who choose to receive our support.
