Richmond Community Services is a not-for-profit organization providing a variety of programs and services for people with developmental disabilities and their families, especially those with complex medical needs. We have group homes, program sites and administrative offices in Westchester County, New York. *Direct Support Professionals (Direct Care)
Make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. We are looking for caring, compassionate people who will provide direct support and care to our residents and program participants. Direct Support Professionals are responsible for the personal care, hygiene, physical care and welfare of each individual, as well as to ensure a healthy environment for the individuals while providing continuous active treatment. *Yorktown Heights Group Home - FT, PT, Per Diem, All Shifts available
Work in our beautiful Yorktown Heights group home and enrich the lives of 4 wonderful and interesting young women by supporting them to achieve their personal goals. Must have a High School Diploma/GED and valid driver’s license. Prior experience in an MR/DD field preferred.

*Mount Kisco Group Home - Per Diem, & Overnight
Join our team and help us enrich the lives of our six residents by providing compassionate care in our attractive Mt. Kisco group home. Valid driver’s license and High School diploma/GED required. Prior experience in an MR/DD field preferred.

*Training Coordinator
We are currently seeking a Training Specialist to facilitate development of staff, conduct orientations and in-services, and assess the training needs of our Agency. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. Associates Degree or 4-5 years of training experience required. Valid NYS driver’s license required. Ability to work independently and experience working with the MR/DD highly preferred.

*Maintenance Services Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to perform maintenance services and supervise staff for all Richmond sites. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, boiler maintenance, carpentry and general repairs. HS Diploma or GED required with at minimum of 5 yrs experience with technical training with certification of basic carpentry, plumbing and/or electricity.

*Case Manager
We have an immediate opening for a Medicaid Services Coordinator to manage cases for our developmental disabled residents. Use person centered planning to identify the person’s desired outcomes and those supports needed to achieve those outcome; develop the Individualized Service Plans, locate or create natural supports and community resources. Locate funded services, helps determine eligibility, completes referrals, and facilitates visits and interviews. Ensure that all supports and services being provided are consistent with person’s needs and goals. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines. Minimum: Assoc in health or human services required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. One year experience in MR/DD or one (1) year of experience as a case manager/service coordinator with any population. Valid driver’s license & vehicle to transport self required. Knowledge MS Office/Internet. Bilingual/Spanish a HUGE plus.
