  • Paca Lipovac, President and CEO

    Stanojka (Paca) MD, MPT, CWS has been the CEO of Richmond since 2014. She is a Certified Wound Specialist and Diplomat of The American Academy for Wound Management and holds an MD degree from the University of Belgade, a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California, and a certificate in Executive Nonprofit Management from Columbia University Business School. She is also a mother of four wonderful children.

     

  • Andrew Kaplan, Vice President of Financial Services/CFO

    After working with several non-pofit/DD agencies in the area over the last 20+ years, Andrew (Andy) joined Richmond Community Services in 2009 as the VP of Financial Services/CFO.  In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of all financial operations of the agency as well as the IT Services Department.  In addition to his work at Richmond, Andy is an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

  • Nena Stojic, Corporate Compliance Officer

    Nena Stojic received her MD from the University of Belgrad and has vast experience in health promotion, education, and quality improvement. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, Victoria. 

  • Claudius Michael Johnson, Director of Workforce Development

    Claudius holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a doctorate in Organization and Management (specializing in Human Resource Management), and is certified as an SHRM Senior Certified Professional. He has extensive experience in staff development/training, human resources, business coaching, organizational development, and management.  

  • Su-Zann Tracey, Director of Human Resources

    Su-Zann has been employed at RCS for the past 14 years. Previously, she worked in the healthcare field for a non-profit organization where approximately 70 percent of its workforce were service workers. She has experience in recruitment, engagement, recognition, employee relations, conflict resolution, legal compliance, benefits administration, performance management, union negotiations, and data analysis. She earned her MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the Hagan School of Business in New Rochelle and her MS in Educational Psychology from SUNY Albany. When Su-Zann is not working, she enjoys visiting museums and galleries, listening to live bands/music, and traveling to various countries while feasting on their unique foods.
